Grief Support Team — led by Paula Lowther — support the grief group and connect with families who have experienced a loss.
Children's Ministry Team — led by Laurel Baker — help with children's ministry.
Butterfly Families Team — led by Chrissy Keefe — help with meetings, events, and outreach.
Vegan Potlucks — led by Robin Morgan & Alex Jolly — help with setup, cooking, breakdown, and cleanup.
Youth Team — led by Laurel Baker — help plan events and programs.
Building Repairs — led by Pastor Kelley — help coordinate and plan remodeling and building repair needs.
Social Media Outreach Team — led by Pastor Kelley — periodically check the website for updates or corrections, help post and share on specific platforms, and help collect photos and stories from members.
Altar Team — led by Jennifer DeLong White — keep candles in stock, supply flowers, and set up the altar.
Special Events Team — led by Pastor Kelley — help plan special events such as brunches, special joint church services, the Christmas Eve Party, and Pride Dance Party.

SECTION 3 — STOCK SUPPLIES
Signing up means owning that supply area from October 2026 through October 2027: regularly checking stock, shopping for replacements when needed, and making sure items stay replenished.
Which supply responsibilities would you like to own?
Lightbulbs — check building lightbulbs, purchase replacements as needed, and keep replacements stocked.
Candles — check candle stock, purchase as needed, and keep candles replenished.
Communion Grape Juice — Welch’s small bottles; check stock, purchase as needed, and keep replenished.
Printer Paper — check printer/copier paper and purchase/replenish as needed.
Paper Products — toilet paper, paper towels, and napkins; check all and purchase/replenish as needed.
Disposable Serving Ware — plates, cups, bowls, spoons, knives, and forks; check and purchase/replenish as needed.
Cleaning Products — Clorox bathroom cleaner, Clorox kitchen cleaner, Windex, Pledge, or equivalent non-name-brand versions, plus Clorox/disinfecting wipes for the children’s area; check and purchase/replenish as needed.
First Aid Supplies — Band-Aids, aspirin, Tylenol/acetaminophen, Benadryl/diphenhydramine, and Neosporin/antibiotic ointment; check expiration dates and stock and purchase/replenish as needed.
Coffee Supplies — coffee, non-dairy creamer, half-and-half, sugar, sweetener, and stirrers; check and purchase/replenish as needed.
Name Tags — make permanent name tags for new members and keep adhesive/sticker name tags and pronoun pins stocked.
