We want people who are fun, confident and up for everything - but who can also switch on when it matters. This is NOT a free holiday, it's real events work.

Get stuck in. Help without needing to be asked. Don’t make somebody else’s shift harder because you can’t be bothered. And when something inevitably doesn’t go exactly to plan, go with the flow and help sort it.

Big personalities? Love them.
Cliques, egos and unnecessary drama? Absolutely no plaice for it.
