🐔 ROSWELL FAMILY FARM CHICKEN SHARES

Reserve your pasture-raised chicken directly from Roswell Family Farm. Choose the number of chickens you'd like and how you'd like them processed. Chicken Shares are priced by quantity, with additional processing charges for chickens cut in half or fully cut.

CHICKEN SHARE PRICING

🐔 5–19 chickens: $16.00 per bird
🐔 20–39 chickens: $15.50 per bird
🐔 40+ chickens: $15.00 per bird

PROCESSING OPTIONS

🐔 Whole chickens — No additional processing charge
🐔 Cut in half — +$3.50 per bird
🐔 Fully cut — +$7.00 per bird

You can mix and match processing options within your share. Your whole, halved, and fully cut quantities must equal the total number of chickens reserved.

RESERVATION PAYMENT

A 50% reservation payment is required to reserve your chickens and processing allocation. The reservation payment is non-refundable except when Roswell Family Farm is unable to fulfill the order.

An Online Reservation & Administrative Fee is added to the reservation payment.

Your remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before your order is released.

Your reservation is not confirmed until your order and required payment have been successfully completed.

Chicken Share Reservation & Payment Terms — Please Read and Confirm

I have read and agree to all terms stated on this Chicken Share order form. I understand that Chicken Share pricing is based on the total number of chickens reserved: 5–19 chickens are $16.00 per bird, 20–39 chickens are $15.50 per bird, and 40 or more chickens are $15.00 per bird. I understand that whole chickens have no additional processing charge, chickens cut in half are an additional $3.50 per bird, and fully cut chickens are an additional $7.00 per bird. I understand that I may combine whole, halved, and fully cut chickens in the same order, but the quantities of whole, halved, and fully cut chickens must equal the total number of chickens reserved. I understand that a reservation payment equal to 50% of my Chicken Share order value is required to reserve my chickens and processing allocation. The reservation payment is non-refundable if I cancel my order, reduce my order, fail to complete my order, fail to pay the remaining balance, or fail to pick up my order. The reservation payment will only be refunded if Roswell Family Farm is unable to fulfill the chickens reserved, subject to applicable law. I understand that an online reservation and administrative fee is added to my reservation payment. This fee is an additional charge and is not part of the Chicken Share product price. I understand that the remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before my chickens are released for pickup or delivery. Any applicable frozen holding charges must also be paid before my order is released. I understand that Roswell Family Farm will contact me when my chickens are processed and ready. Processing and pickup dates may change because of flock availability, processor scheduling, weather, transportation, or other circumstances outside the farm’s control. I understand that 7 calendar days of frozen holding are included after I am notified that my order is ready. Beginning on the eighth day, a frozen holding charge of $1.00 per chicken per week, prorated daily, will apply. I understand that Chicken Share orders cannot be held indefinitely. If my order has not been completed, paid for, and picked up within 30 calendar days after the original ready-for-pickup notification, Roswell Family Farm may treat the order as a customer default and may exercise applicable remedies, including cancellation and commercially reasonable resale after any notice required by applicable law. By checking this box, signing below, completing the required reservation payment, and submitting this form, I confirm that I understand and agree to all Chicken Share pricing, processing, payment, cancellation, pickup, frozen holding, and order terms stated above.
