    We’re inviting a select group of vendors, bakers, chocolatiers, confectioners, popcorn pros, ice cream dreamers, and more, to showcase their treats and offer free samples throughout Rotten Tooth!

    Each vendor will also have the option to sell packaged goods, gift sets, or merchandise to guests.

    Vendor Info:

    • Load-in instructions and setup details will be sent closer to the date.
    • Each vendor will receive a 10x10 space, unless otherwise requested and approved.
    • We are looking for wild and interactive displays that are kid-forward at this event. If you have this and need extra space, please let us know!
    • We ask all vendors to offer bite-sized samples for guests. If you are not food related - we understand!
    • No vendor fee — just bring your best sweets (or craft) and your sense of humor.

    Applications due by November 15th to be considered. We will be notifying each vendor if they are accepted via email. Please reach out to hpearson@journeyman.com for additional questions.

  • Porter County Health Department Requirements

    Food vendors are required to obtain a temporary food permit by the Porter County Health Department at least 7 days prior to operating at the event. All food vendors participating at the event must contact the Porter County Health Department for information on temporary event permitting and setup requirements.

    The PCHD Food Service Division will not issue permits in the field. A food vendor who attempts to sell or sample food without a valid PCHD permit will be asked to immediately cease operations.

    SINGLE DAY PERMIT - Complete a Temporary Food Vendor Permit Application online or print a copy to submit with payment. Provide a copy of your current Commissary Agreement, Food Handlers Certification and Menu with your application.
