Accessibility Support
This form is intended to support folks with disabilities or other accessibility needs that may prevent or make it difficult to attend Woodstove Festival 2026.
You’re welcome to use this form to request specific information or support, such as a pass for a support person, accessible or wheelchair-friendly entrances, venue accessibility details, or other accommodations. Because the festival takes place across 15+ venues over three days, accessibility varies from venue to venue. Our goal is to have a direct conversation about your specific needs and do our best to make attending possible for you.
Depending on the circumstances and what accommodations we’re able to provide, partial or full ticket cost may also be waived on a case-by-case basis.
Accessibility Auditors
We are also seeking Accessibility Auditors, particularly folks with mobility or sensory disabilities, people from communities that experience barriers or oppression, and those who support people from these groups.
Accessibility Auditors will receive a complimentary festival ticket in exchange for sharing their observations, suggestions, and feedback after the festival.
