MINI ART PROSPECTUS (special gallery program)

• The Minis will be on display in the gallery for 3 months September - November 30, and removed on December 1 for the Holiday Shows.
  All artists are required to pay a $5 fee and may submit up to 3 entries of artwork.

• If an art canvas sells, the artist my replace it for Free. otherwise, if three (3) sell you will need to pay $5 to reinstall (3) of them.

• All artists are required to Host for each month (1X each month period) on the Calendar. Please sgn up with the Calendar and notfy the Chair, Ellen Cramer.

• All Artists will be charged a 20% commission for the sale to assist in promoting our programs.

• Materials information:

  All canvas must be 4x4 and no more than 1/2 inches thick.
  All canvas needs to have a mini easel to accompany them.
  All Canvas need to have a label attached with your name and price on the back.
  Place all the artwork in the labeled box in the back room in the gallery and Julie will display them.
