Casting Submission Release and Privacy Notice
The applicant authorizes Marlo Nicole Productions to receive, review, store, organize, internally share, and use application information and submitted photographs, videos, recordings, statistics, social posts, and links solely for Level Up casting and production development. Public use of the applicant's identity, interview, or submitted media requires a separate signed participation agreement and appearance release. The applicant confirms that submitted materials are owned by the applicant or provided with permission. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, selection, filming, compensation, athletic opportunity, or distribution. An unselected application may be retained for up to twenty four months for casting administration, security, and dispute resolution. California law governs these casting terms. Privacy requests, including requests to access, correct, or delete casting application information, may be sent to info@marlonicoleproductions.com.
