Holiday Programme - sign-up form

Welcome to Nelson Nature School!
As your child will be coming along for the day, we're keen to get some basic information to better support them.

If you are not there and there is any medical concern, we are first aid trained and will call you straight away. We will also call you if they aren't settling in and want to go home.

Please inform us of any medicals, neurodiversity, extra support, dietaries, etc. Include if your child is impulsive, as this is important when managing risk in an outdoor setting. Feel free to also call us if it's easier.
Please follow the "What to bring" list closely. We will send this to you via email. It includes extra layers of warm clothes, an extra t-shirt and shorts, a very hearty snack&lunch and water bottle.
Do you mind if we take photos of your child/ren? This will help us describe what we do to others. We may use it on the website, facebook group, or in pamphlets/ posters.

- We will email you the location of these sessions after we've done our usual final checks closer to the day. Please email us/call if this won't work for you.
  
  We will also email your invoice upon receipt of this enrolment form. Please pay BEFORE the session to help us cover our staffing and equipment costs. Thank you!
