**This is a safe space for all who choose to participate. Any and all prejudices will not be tolerated in this space. There will be no toleration of homophobia, transphobia, racism, and any discrimination of any other kind. Other people may have experiences that differ from your personal experience so as we enter this space, we all agree to stay open minded and respectful to everyone’s experience. **Respect confidentiality. You are not required to share anything about your personal information, identity, or experiences that you are not comfortable with. Peer pressuring anyone to share personal information will not be tolerated. **Embrace discomfort. Difficult conversations may be sensitive for certain individuals. If you feel the need to remove yourself from the group at any point, feel free to do so. **Leave room for growth. There will always be room for growth and opportunities for improvement. Mistakes might be made and that is expected. As long as there is genuine accountability and reflection, there will be room to repair. If anything has been said that you may feel is discriminatory, feel free to contact me directly or fill out the feedback form provided. **Listen to understand. Other people may have different experiences from your own. That’s okay! Lead with the intention of listening instead of the intention of responding. Be mindful of how your words and actions may be harmful to other people even when harm was not intended. **Respect shared experiences. We will not debate or invalidate someone else’s experience even if it may relate to our own. **Safety through community. Safety may feel conditional for some people so we will build a safe environment where everyone can exist as their authentic selves. Any physical or verbal harassment will not be tolerated and will result in you being removed from the session. **Expect conflict. There will be a lot of conversations that may differ from person to person. Conflict will be handled with care and respect. **Be open to changes! This group will adapt and change where it seems necessary. Your feedback will held shape the future events so feel free to input your ideas!
