Derek Ream Tattoos Collector Membership Terms and Conditions 1. Eligibility Membership is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally able to receive tattoo services. Government-issued photo identification will be required before tattooing. Membership approval remains at the discretion of Derek Ream Tattoos, LLC. 2. Month-to-Month Membership Memberships operate on a month-to-month basis and automatically renew each month until canceled. There is no long-term commitment, but certain benefits require consecutive paid membership months before becoming available. 3. Automatic Payments The member authorizes Derek Ream Tattoos, LLC to charge the selected membership fee automatically on each monthly billing date: Small Collector: $250 per month Classic Collector: $450 per month Large Collector: $750 per month Premier Collector: $1,295 per month Benefits become available only after payment has successfully processed. 4. Cancellation Members may cancel before their next billing date to prevent the next recurring charge. Cancellation applies to future billing only. Payments already processed are nonrefundable, including when the member does not use the available benefits. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the designated cancellation method provided by the studio. Membership benefits end when the current paid billing period expires. 5. Failed or Disputed Payments Benefits will be suspended following a failed, reversed, or disputed payment. Benefits requiring consecutive membership reset if payment is not resolved within the time permitted by the studio. The member should contact the studio promptly regarding billing concerns. Nothing in these terms waives any nonwaivable rights the member may have regarding unauthorized charges. 6. Included Monthly Tattoo Each paid membership month includes one tattoo within the maximum size permitted by the selected tier: Small: One 2–3-inch color tattoo Classic: One 4–5-inch color tattoo Large: One 6–7-inch color tattoo Premier: One 8–9-inch color tattoo Small, Classic, and Large members must select their included tattoo exclusively from the studio’s designated pre-drawn designs. Premier members may select a designated pre-drawn design or request one approved custom 8–9-inch color design. Custom work must fall within the style, subject matter, complexity, and placement accepted by Derek Ream Tattoos. 7. Included Tattoo Limitations Included tattoos are subject to: Artist approval Maximum tier dimensions Reasonable complexity and session-length limits Suitable placement Design availability The member’s health and eligibility to be tattooed Pre-drawn designs may receive reasonable size and placement adjustments. Substantial changes convert the project into custom work and may require additional payment. 8. Monthly Benefit Choice During each billing month, the member may choose either: The included monthly tattoo; or The tier’s discount on one approved custom tattoo. The included tattoo and custom discount cannot both be used during the same billing month. 9. Custom Tattoo Discounts Approved custom tattoo discounts are: Small: 15% Classic: 20% Large: 25% Premier: 30% Discounts apply only to approved tattoo services performed by Derek Ream Tattoos. They do not apply to tips, merchandise, aftercare products, deposits, outside services, or previously completed work. 10. No Rollover or Cash Value Included tattoos and other monthly benefits expire at the end of the applicable billing period unless otherwise stated. Benefits do not roll over, accumulate, transfer, or have cash value. Failure to schedule or redeem a benefit does not entitle the member to a refund, credit, replacement benefit, or extension. 11. Scheduling Benefits Scheduling benefits are subject to availability: Small: Standard scheduling Classic: Same-week scheduling options Large: Same-week or next-day scheduling options Premier: Highest-priority next-day, same-week, and cancellation-list access. Priority scheduling does not guarantee an appointment. Availability depends on the project, design-preparation requirements, placement, estimated session length, and studio schedule. 12. Deposits Small and Classic members remain subject to the studio’s standard deposit requirements. Standard booking deposits are waived for Large and Premier members. Waiving the deposit does not waive cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, or no-show policies. 13. Cancellations and Missed Appointments Late cancellations, late rescheduling, excessive lateness, or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of that month’s included tattoo or discount. Large and Premier members may lose the waived-deposit benefit or be required to pay a separate reservation fee after a late cancellation or missed appointment. 14. Touch-Ups of Work by Other Artists Touch-ups of tattoos completed by other artists are included only for Large and Premier members after three consecutive paid membership months: Large: One qualifying touch-up covering up to 3 inches Premier: One qualifying touch-up covering up to 5 inches The benefit is limited to minor color refreshing, small gaps, limited line reinforcement, or isolated areas of inconsistent saturation. It does not include additions, redesigns, complete recoloring, major restorations, reconstructions, or cover-ups. All requests require photographic or in-person review and artist approval. 15. Touch-Ups of Work by Derek Ream Tattoos Qualifying touch-ups of tattoos originally completed by Derek Ream Tattoos remain available under the studio’s standard touch-up policy and are not exclusive membership benefits. 16. Reconstructions and Cover-Ups After six consecutive paid membership months: Large members receive 25% off one qualifying reconstruction or cover-up per six-month membership period, with maximum savings of $350. Premier members receive 45% off one qualifying reconstruction or cover-up per six-month membership period, with maximum savings of $750. The project must be approved following consultation. The member must remain enrolled throughout every session associated with a multi-session project. This benefit cannot be combined with the included monthly tattoo, custom tattoo discount, promotional pricing, or another offer. 17. Complimentary Aftercare When an eligible tattoo appointment is completed: Classic members receive one complimentary tattoo lotion. Large members receive one complimentary tattoo balm and lotion. Premier members receive one complimentary aftercare kit and recovery gel. Aftercare products are limited to one applicable set per paid membership month, have no cash value, and are subject to availability. The studio may substitute a reasonably comparable product when necessary. 18. Premier Design Benefits Premier members receive: The option of an approved custom 8–9-inch included tattoo A 48-hour preview and first selection opportunity for newly released pre-drawn designs One project-planning consultation per paid month Highest-priority scheduling access Early access does not guarantee that a specific design will remain available after the preview period. 19. Artist Approval Derek Ream Tattoos reserves the right to decline any tattoo, design, placement, touch-up, reconstruction, or cover-up that is unsafe, technically inappropriate, outside the studio’s accepted style, or otherwise unsuitable. Membership does not guarantee approval of any particular project. 20. Separate Tattoo Consent Membership enrollment does not replace the informed consent, health disclosure, identification, release, or aftercare documentation required for each tattoo appointment. The member must complete all appointment-specific forms and may be declined or rescheduled if tattooing would be unsafe. 21. Personal and Nontransferable Benefits Memberships and benefits are issued only to the named member. They cannot be transferred, shared, resold, gifted, or used to pay for another person’s tattoo. 22. Promotions and Other Payment Options Membership discounts cannot be combined with promotional pricing, flash specials, another membership discount, Afterpay promotions, or other offers unless expressly authorized by the studio in writing. 23. Membership Changes The studio may revise membership prices, benefits, availability, or terms by providing advance notice before the changes take effect. A price change will not be charged until disclosed to the member. The member may cancel before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue under the revised terms. 24. Termination by the Studio The studio may suspend or terminate a membership for: Failed or disputed payments Fraud or misuse of benefits Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unsafe conduct Failure to follow studio policies Providing false or incomplete information Termination does not create a right to receive unused, expired, or unearned benefits. Any refund required by applicable law will still be honored. 25. Tips, Taxes, and Additional Charges Tips are not included. Applicable taxes and charges for services exceeding the membership limits are the member’s responsibility and must be paid before or at the appointment. 26. Entire Membership Agreement These terms, the selected membership description, and applicable studio policies constitute the membership agreement. If a promotional statement conflicts with these terms, the written membership agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.
