The Tallahassee Film Festival (TFF) takes place Thursday, October 8 to Sunday, October 11, 2026.

Volunteers are the heart of TFF and we rely on our dedicated crew (most of whom return each year) who generously devote their time and collaborate with one another to support the festival's mission. Thank you in advance for all you do!

IMPORTANT: When you are finished selecting shifts/roles, come back to this form to complete it and submit it.

Roles include:
- Box Office: Ticket, pass, merch sales, and guest check-in. We use the Square point-of-sale terminal for sales. Training will be provided on the point-of-sale.
- Projectionist: Operating a Mac laptop using our presenation software. General understanding of computers is expected. Training will be provided on the software.
- Event PA: Setup, breakdown, runner, production assistant, logistics, and possibly filling-in for roles above if absolutely needed.
- Usher: manage crowd control and balloting for award nominees, among other general front-of-house duties. May include making announcements to the audience.
- Photographer: Take photos on red carpets, candids, and document events at the festival.

As a volunteer you will receive a complimentary TFF CREW t-shirt. Please specify a style and size below. Shirts will be ready for pickup the week of the festival. We will notify you of pickup times and location.

TFF provides refreshments to volunteers throughout the weekend and at the Sunday Brunch. Please let us know if you have any special dietary restrictions.
Please note: While we make a reasonable effort to accomodate special dietary requests, it is not guaranteed. Therefore, feel free to bring your own food and drinks to avoid any adverse reactions.

I understand that volunteering is unpaid and agree to follow the Tallahasseee Film Festival Rules of Conduct and volunteer guidelines (which will be provided as part of training and according to your role).
