This survey is intended for ECE services which are classified as Education and Care by the Ministry of Education. Other service types (i.e. Free Kindergarten, Homebased, Kohanga Reo, Playcentre, etc) are not eligible to participate in this survey.
Please complete one survey per centre. If you are part of a group who operates multiple centres, please submit a response for each centre in your group or forward the survey link to relevant centre managers/head teachers across your organisation.
Identifying details, such as centre name, will be used in the process of data analysis and accessible to ECC staff only; all participants will be anonymous in the report.
All survey respondents will go in the draw to win one of three Prezzy cards valued at $200, $100 and $100. Please record your email at the end of the survey if you wish to enter the draw.
Instructions:
1. All questions in the survey require an answer; you will not be able to proceed if a question remains unanswered.
2. For staff information, please complete a new row for each employee in that category (certificated teachers, centre managers, staff in training, other teaching staff, non-teaching staff). There may be more rows than you require; you can leave these blank.
3. Ensure you have answered all questions for each staff member; we are unable to analyse incomplete data.
4. Hourly wage is required for every employee and should be recorded like this: 00.00 – please do not include a $ symbol.
