Join us at SSAAM for an exciting living history event on October 10, 2026! Camp meetings were an important part of religious and social life in the Sourlands from the 1800s to the 1930s. For the third year, we will hold a reenactment of an 1899 camp meeting with live music, food, and historical reenactors. WE ARE SEEKING VOLUNTEERS FOR: set-up and clean-up, activities for kids, visitor check-in, merch sales, food service, and museum tours. Thank you!

I hereby irrevocably authorize the Stoutsburg Sourland African American Museum to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute any photograph(s), video(s) or other material (s) for purposes of publicizing the Stoutsburg Sourland African American Museum or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. I further waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of said photograph(s), video(s) or other material(s). I further waive any right to be notified that said photograph(s), video(s) or other material(s) will be published or otherwise utilized.
