1. Payment Terms
To confirm your attendance the total amount is required to be paid.
This deposit must be paid within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
Full payment must be received by 13 December 2026 at the latest.
2. Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable after 13 December 2026.
Cancellations made prior to this date may be eligible for partial refund at the discretion of the organizer.
3. Hotel & Accommodation
Hotel & Accommodation cancellation policy will be set by the hotel you book directly.
4. Participation Rights
Only individuals who have fully paid and are registered will be admitted to the symposium. The organizer reserves the right to deny access to participants who do not comply with these conditions.
5. Media and Privacy
By attending the event, participants acknowledge and agree that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the symposium. These materials may be used by the organizer for documentation, educational, and promotional purposes, including publication on the website, social media, and other communication channels.
6. General Provisions
By confirming your booking and making payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided participants are informed in writing.
