CONFLICTS
Having a conflict does not automatically exclude you from participating in the show, but we are SERIOUS about rehearsals and performances so please be straight forward about ALL CONFLICTS. This will help us to plan our rehearsals accordingly.

Regular weekly rehearsals will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-9:00pm. beginning Tuesday, January 5th, 2027. (This first meeting will be a very important informational meeting & read -thru).

Weekends: There may be some weekend rehearsals that will be scheduled according to the choreographers schedule and the conflicts that you list.

Theatre Move in will be February 20th or 27th TBD. We expect all cast members to present for load in.

Theatre Weeks/Tech Week: Once we move in the theatre, rehearsals will be everyday until 10pm or even 11pm. Any absences during this time must be cleared with the Director IN ADVANCE.

Show Dates: March 4th-7th and March 10th-14th, with school show dates TBD.
Please list ALL known conflicts for January 5th - March 14th.

REHEARSAL COMMITMENT

We take commitment to rehearsals very seriously. Please agree to the following expectations.
I understand that rehearsals are critical. I am committed to be at all rehearsals that I am needed unless I have cleared it with the director. I also realize that failure to comply with rehearsal schedules could result in my exclusion from the show.

Campanile Productions asks each show participant to sell $100 in program ads or pay that amount as a part of our show budget.

CREW POSITIONS
There are lots of off-stage jobs to be done! You can still be part of the process even if you aren't in the cast!

Crew Descriptions--

Costumes: Help pull costumes, alter, sew, etc.
Sets: Build sets, paint, assist with load in, load out, etc.
Props: Source all props for the show. This can be a solo task, or part of a team!
Producing Team: Help our producer with all the unseen logistical tasks of putting up a show. Collecting ad forms, organizing t-shirt orders, ensuring all teams meet their deadlines, assist with the marketing team, organizing tech week meals for cast and crew, help staff ushers for each night, etc.
Marketing Team: create and implement marketing strategies on social media, radio and TV spots, posters and banners, and cast pop-ups.
Backstage Assistance: Be part of the backstage team as a dresser, stage manager, assist with set transitions. This also includes running lights, sound, projections.

Putting on a show is an all hands on deck experience from on stage to backstage. Join our crew!
