2027 EARLY BOOKING BREEDING CONTRACT
1. Copper Spring Ranch hereby reserves one breeding to FIERY METALLIC TITAN, AQHA Reg #5950105 (6 Panel N/N) for the mare

for the Breeding Fee of $1,000 paid in full before shipment (Checks made payable to Copper Spring Ranch) for the 2027 breeding season. This contract does not cover any shipping fees. Shipped cooled semen will be available from February 15th to July 31st, 2026. A separate breeding contract and additional Breeding Fee is required for each breeding to this mare if more than one pregnancy achieved either through carrying or embryo transfer. Cooled semen shipment is available Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays on a first come first serve basis.

2. A copy of the mare's registration papers must accompany this contract. The owner of the mare agrees to use shipped semen solely for breeding the mare listed on this contract.

3. If stallion should die or become unfit for service prior to mare getting in foal, the Breeding Fee will be refunded. Processing and Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

4. The Breeding Fee is to include the Breeding Fee and does not include any shipment costs. Each shipment of semen is to be paid before shipment. Shipments can be paid for before shipment directly to Cowboy State Equine. You will contact them directly to request and pay for shipments at (307) 630-4821. Chute fee and cooled semen shipments will be charged by Cowboy State Equine and shipped overnight for $499. Frozen Semen will be shipped via FedEx or UPS 2-day shipping for $600.

5. Each shipment will contain one breeding dose of either cooled (first come first serve) or frozen semen.

6. If pregnancy isn't achieved after the 2nd breeding, mare owner is required to provide Cowboy State Equine with proof of clean culture before another dose will be shipped.

7. Should any foal which is born to the mare, pursuant to this contract, not stand and suck, the Owner shall be entitled to a re-breed only for the mare listed in the contract unless pre-approved by the Stallion Owner. Copper Spring Ranch MT, LLC must be notified within one week of the death of the foal. This notification must be accompanied by a statement from a licensed veterinarian, stating the cause of death. Copper Spring Ranch MT, LLC's sole liability and obligation for any foal that is born to the mare but does not stand and suck, shall be granted a re-breed the following year only. Such breeding shall apply to the Breeding Fee only and only to the season immediately following the season set forth in this contract. The only exception to a mare change will be if the mare in this contract is deemed unfit or unable to carry, dies, or prior agreement is made between the Owner and Copper Spring Ranch MT, LLC.

8. This contract provides for one Breeder's Certificate. If multiple embryos are retrieved from one breeding, it is the responsibility of the mare Owner to notify Copper Spring Ranch MT, LLC of the number of embryos transferred and pay a Breeding Fee for each pregnancy that is achieved. If mare Owner desires to do a frozen embryo, it will be solely the mare owner's responsibility to pay all nomination fees.

9. A Breeder's Certificate will not be sent to the mare Owner if there is any balance owed on either the Breeding Fee, or any additional fees incurred during the breeding season (including but not limited to Processing Fees or Shipping Fees).

10. Mare Owner shall hold Stallion Owner, Copper Spring Ranch MT, LLC & Cowboy State Equine harmless for any accident, injury, theft, disease, sickness, or death suffered by the mare and/or foal, or any other cause of action whatsoever arising out of, or connected in any way with Breeding. This includes but is not limited to, any claims of damages, loss or injury that may occur to any person or personal property.

11. Any dispute related to this contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Montana and venue of any dispute arising from this Contract shall be in Gallatin County, Montana.

12. This contract is non-transferable or assignable without prior written consent from Copper Spring Ranch.

13. All shipping containers must be returned to Cowboy State Equine at the mare owner's expense within 48 hours to avoid late return penalty charge. If the tank is not returned, the Mare Owner will be charged $75.

Every attempt will be taken to deliver cooled semen to mare owner in good condition, however once the shipment leaves Cowboy State Equine, Stallion Owner and/or CSE cannot be held responsible for delayed arrival or condition of semen upon arrival.
