Membership Selections
Digital Activity Pass (must match membership type selected)
GoFan digital activity pass accesscodes will be emailed to you in 1-2 business days after your form and payment are received. The email will be sent from fargodaviesbooster@gmail.com. Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received your access code email after two business days.
FAMILY LIFETIME and SOARING EAGLE memberships only: How would you like your name(s) listed on the Davies Booster Club website?

Cash or check payments can be turned in to the school office. Please enclose payment in an envelope and designate it to Davies Booster Club and include your name. Checks should be made out to Davies Booster Club.
