  • Sovrn Unlimited Styling Service Agreement


    By purchasing a styling service from Sovrn Unlimited, I understand that I am paying for a personalized styling service based on the information and preferences I provide.

    Styling Services: My selected package determines the styling services and number of revisions included. Additional requests or revisions beyond my package may require an additional fee.

    Client-Provided Information: I am responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Sovrn Unlimited is not responsible for issues or delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or changed information provided by me.

    Shopping Budget: My shopping budget is separate from the Sovrn Unlimited styling service fee. I understand that I am responsible for purchasing any clothing, shoes, accessories, or other recommended items.

    Product Availability & Pricing: Sovrn Unlimited does not control third-party retailers. Product prices, sizes, colors, discounts, shipping times, and availability may change, or items may sell out after my style board is completed.

    Third-Party Retailers: Sovrn Unlimited is not responsible for third-party retailer orders, payments, shipping delays, lost packages, returns, exchanges, refunds, or customer service issues.

    Sizing & Fit: I am responsible for providing accurate clothing and shoe sizes. Sovrn Unlimited cannot guarantee the fit of items purchased from third-party retailers because sizing may vary by brand or retailer.

    Turnaround Time: My style board will be completed according to the turnaround time selected or included with my service. Turnaround time begins after all required information and payment have been received.

    Rush/Priority Services: Priority or rush service fees apply only to expedited styling services and do not guarantee third-party product availability, shipping, or delivery by a specific date.

    Client Communication & Delays: I understand that I am responsible for responding to requests for additional information in a timely manner. Delays in providing required information may result in a delay in the completion of my styling service.

    Events Outside of Our Control: Sovrn Unlimited is not responsible for reasonable delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including emergencies, technical issues, website outages, retailer delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a delay affects my service, Sovrn Unlimited will make reasonable efforts to communicate the delay and complete the service as soon as possible.

    Cancellations & Rescheduling: If I need to cancel or reschedule my styling service, I must contact Sovrn Unlimited before work on my style board has begun. Once work has begun, styling service fees are non-refundable. Rescheduling does not change the refund policy. A rescheduled service will be moved to a new agreed-upon date based on availability.

    Refunds: Because styling services are personalized and require time and creative work, styling service fees are non-refundable once work on my style board has begun.

    Payment Disputes: If I believe there is an error or issue with a payment, I agree to contact Sovrn Unlimited first so there is an opportunity to review and resolve the issue. Nothing in this agreement limits any rights I may have under applicable law or through my payment provider.

    Style Recommendations & No Guarantee: I understand that styling recommendations are based on the preferences and information I provide. Sovrn Unlimited cannot guarantee that I will personally like, purchase, or be satisfied with every recommended item.

    Intellectual Property & Style Boards: Style boards and styling materials created by Sovrn Unlimited are provided for the client's personal use only. Clients may save and share their completed style boards for personal purposes but may not sell or reproduce them for commercial use or claim the styling work as their own.

    Final Purchases: I am responsible for reviewing product details, sizing, retailer policies, shipping information, and prices before making a purchase.
