PROSZĘ, PRZECZYTAJ UWAŻNIE!
1. Poniżej znajdziesz grafik warsztatów, cennik oraz formularz rejestracyjny.
2. W formularzu zaznacz wybrane zajęcia. Możesz wybrać pass lub pojedyncze zajęcia.
3. Na dole strony wyświetli Ci się suma do zapłaty w PLN.
4. Po kliknięciu przycisku „Wyślij” zostaniesz przekierowany/a na stronę z potwierdzeniem. Na podany adres e-mail otrzymasz kopię swojego formularza (sprawdź również folder spam). Jeśli wiadomość nie dotrze, prosimy o kontakt mailowy — prawdopodobnie formularz nie został prawidłowo wysłany.
5. Rejestracja jest potwierdzona po dokonaniu wpłaty na konto: Fundacja Around the Rhythm 55 1090 1753 0000 0001 5783 7891
6. Potwierdzenie otrzymania wpłaty prześlemy w ciagu kilku dni.
7. Jeśli potrzebujesz faktury na firmę, podaj jej dane przy rejestracji (NIP i nazwę firmy). Faktura zostanie wysłana w ciągu dwóch tygodni od otrzymania wpłaty.
8. Rejestracja zostaje potwierdzona po dokonaniu wpłaty. Liczba miejsc jest ograniczona — decyduje kolejność wpłat.
9. Prosimy o przemyślane rezerwacje — wpłaty nie podlegają zwrotowi. Swoje miejsce można jednak samodzielnie odsprzedać innej osobie, informując o tym organizatora.
10. W miarę możliwości prosimy o zabranie własnego djembe i/lub krina. Instrumenty będzie można zostawić na noc w CPK. Jeśli chcesz wypożyczyć bęben, napisz do nas maila.
11. Ze względu na ograniczoną liczbę dundunów, zapisy na jednodniowe zajęcia z dundunami będą możliwe tylko z własnym instrumentem lub po 2 listopada, w miarę dostępności miejsc.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
1. Below you will find the workshop schedule, price list, and registration form.
2. In the form, select the classes you would like to attend. You can choose either a pass or individual classes.
3. At the bottom of the page, you will see the total amount to be paid in PLN.
4. After clicking “Submit”, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. You will also receive a copy of your registration form at the email address you provided (please check your spam folder as well). If you do not receive the email, please contact us by email — this may mean that the form was not submitted correctly.
5. Your registration will be confirmed once the payment has been made to the following bank account: Fundacja Around the Rhythm PL55 1090 1753 0000 0001 5783 7891
6. We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your payment within a few days.
7. Payment in euros is possible. Please contact us if you would like to pay in euros.
8. If you require an invoice for a company, please provide the company details when registering (tax ID and company name). The invoice will be sent within two weeks of receiving the payment.
9. Your registration is confirmed once the payment has been received. Places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the order of payments received.
10. Please make your bookings carefully — payments are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your place to another person, but you must inform the organizer.
11. If possible, please bring your own djembe and/or krin. You will be able to leave your instrument at CPK overnight. If you would like to rent a drum, please contact us by email.
12. Due to the limited number of dunduns, registration for one-day dundun classes will only be possible with your own instrument, or after November 2, subject to availability.
