  By submitting this application, each business and owner/officer (collectively, "Applicant") certifies that all information provided is complete, true, and accurate, and agrees to the following terms:
  
  • Broker Authorization & Multi-Lender Sharing: Applicant authorizes Nuve Funding LLC ("Nuve Funding") and its designated lending partners, funders, and financial institutions (collectively, "Recipients") to review, transmit, and share this application, financial records, and bank statements to evaluate commercial financing options.
  
  • Credit & Background Check Authorization: Pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Applicant authorizes Nuve Funding and its Recipients to obtain consumer, personal, and business credit reports from national credit bureaus (such as Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) and financial institutions. Inquiries may be soft or hard credit pulls as required for underwriting.
  
  • Bank & Financial Records Release: Applicant directs all banks, credit card processors, landlords, and creditors to release financial statements, account balance verifications, and payment histories directly to Nuve Funding and its Recipients upon request.
  
  • Electronic Signatures (E-SIGN Consent): Applicant consents to conduct business electronically with Nuve Funding pursuant to the E-SIGN Act. Digital signatures and checkbox submissions are legally binding.
  
  • Text & Email Consent (TCPA Notice): Applicant consents to receive calls, emails, and SMS/text messages regarding this application or financing options. Standard message and data rates apply (approx. 10 msgs/month). Consent is not a condition of credit approval; opt out anytime by emailing info@nuvefunding.com.
