I understand that I am responsible for showing and correctly marking all known or suspected underground services before work starts, including gas, water, sewer, stormwater, electricity, NBN, communications and irrigation. If an underground service is damaged because I did not disclose it, show it, or correctly mark its location, I will be responsible for the full cost of locating, repairing and reconnecting the service, plus any related delays or additional work. Evergreen Exteriors Care will not pay these costs unless the damage was caused by Evergreen Exteriors Care’s negligence or the law does not allow liability to be excluded.

Extra locating, careful digging or a licensed tradesperson may be needed before work can continue.
If an unknown, incorrectly marked or hidden service is found, work may stop until it is made safe.
Approval status
Unless the quotation says otherwise, I am responsible for getting permission from the owner, neighbour, owners corporation or any other private party.
Council permits and other legal requirements remain as stated in the quotation and applicable law.
