Join Geshe-ma Rinchen Pal for four consecutive Sundays of Buddhist teaching, meditation and quiet reflection.

Participants are encouraged to attend the complete four-Sunday series where possible. If you can't attend all four, you're warmly welcome to book the Sundays you can attend.

Retreat Dates: Four consecutive Sundays – 18 Oct, 25 Oct, 1 Nov, 8 Nov 2026 (10am–4pm)

Location: Lotus Hearts Buddhist Institute, 66 Old Hume Hwy, Braemar NSW (behind Highlands Vet Hospital)

Suggested donation: $50 per person, per day
Cash or card available on the day.

Lunch: Please bring your own vegetarian lunch. (Microwave available for reheating)

Note: Bookings are essential.
