The Host shall not assign unlisted duties or permit the Youth to use prohibited or hazardous equipment. Connecticut law governs this agreement. Invalid or unenforceable language shall be severed or narrowed to the minimum extent permitted, and the remainder shall continue in effect. Sections concerning legal compliance, payment, insurance, indemnification, incident reporting, information protection, and prior conduct survive termination.
