1. Please provide a personal statement of up to 1,000 words describing your planned year-long project and indicate what you hope to have accomplished by the end of your course of study.

2. Please upload a current copy of your resume.

3. Please upload a detailed budget for the proposed course of study. Submission of a carefully prepared budget will be an important consideration in the selection process.

4. Music Selections: Online video with three contrasting samples of applicant’s musicianship, not to exceed 15 minutes total in length. Please submit your performance recordings via YouTube links. The judges’ main consideration is to clearly hear the work of the candidate in order to be able to judge applicant's sound, musicality, and understanding of language and creative ideas.

5. Provide a list of works performed in #4. Please make sure this list corresponds with the name of each music selection you uploaded in #4. The file names should include enough information for the judges to readily identify each selection.

6. Please ensure that two letters of recommendation from teachers or other professionals familiar with your qualifications for this Scholarship are submitted in time.

These letters should be directly emailed to Early Music America at tindemans@earlymusicamerica.org by Friday, March 12, 2027 11:59 PM ET.
