MEETING LOCATION

Silver Bay YMCA and Conference Center, located at 87 Silver Bay Rd, Silver Bay, NY 12874, will host us for the upcoming Steering Committee meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The meeting will be held in their large conference room in the William Boyd Center. A light breakfast and lunch will be served on-site for meeting attendees. Dinner on Tuesday, September 29th will also be served on-site for overnight guests. 

Room Reservations

Please indicate your need for overnight accommodations below.

Federal Steering Committee members - Please note that all reservations for this venue must be booked through LCBP. Please contact Kerry for details on this process and additional information available to secure your travel approval.

All other Steering Committee members and attendees- LCBP will secure room reservations on your behalf, and room and tax will be paid for by LCBP/NEIWPCC for non-US federal Committee members. You will need to provide a credit card at the time of check-in to cover any incidental expenses.

 The cutoff to reserve a room is Tuesday, September 22nd at 5:00pm

 Note: LCBP will pay for accommodations for non-US Federal Committee members. Federal Committee members will be responsible for paying for their own accommodations and dinner at the time of chekcout.

Field Trip

We have arrangements for a pre-meeting field trip in the Lake George area on the afternoon of September 29th beginning at 2:00pm. The tour will include stops related to water quality and heritage outreach and interpretation work. The draft agenda can be found here. Please let us know below if you are interested in attending.
