Oasis Church Kids Volunteer Application

Hello! Thank you for showing interest in wanting to serve in the Oasis Kids ministry!

We would love to get to know you better! In order to do that, we've put together a volunteer application below. The application will take you approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Please fill out the application as honestly and thoroughly as possible. The information provided will help our leadership team determine the best way to place you for participation and serving in a role and opportunity that will be most satifying and appropriate for everyone.
