Reston for a Lifetime
  • My Aging in Place Housing Plan

    Remaining at Home Checklist

The questionnaire takes approximately 5–7 minutes to complete. Your responses may generate personalized recommendations and planning suggestions at the end.

You can save your progress and pick up again at a later time. You can also print or email your answers, personalized recommendations, and your DIY plan for future reference or to discuss with family members, caregivers, or healthcare professionals.
