After signing upload your drivers license front and back.

After you have completed the payment for application fee($25/per person), your application will be submitted.

If your initial application is approved you will be contacted to schedule a viewing of the property within 3 business days.

After the viewing, if you wish to proceed, a background check must be completed. Which may include Criminal,civil,and other court records available. Your credit score may show an inquiry,if you utilize a credit freeze it may need to be lifted to complete this check.

The application fee is $25.00 per person, and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

If your application is accepted or denied, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.

By signing this release, you authorize Northside Rental Service LLC permission to share your information, for the specified purpose of verifying your rental application.
