CONSENT FOR FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY:
Photographs and videos may be taken during this event. These materials could be used for communication purposes and may also be published on social media or our website. For this publication, any personal data, including photographs of the event, will be processed in accordance with EU’s data privacy law (GDPR).
Images captured in the video recordings and/or photographs will be the copyright of the CPMR and any other intellectual property which arises in the photographs/recordings will also belong to the CPMR.
These images (film and photography) will be used exclusively in the framework of CPMR activities. No data will be shared with third parties without your express consent and prior notification.
By giving your consent you understand that:
- You agree to irrevocably assign all property rights in your photographs and/or recordings to the CPMR;
- You agree to waive all rights in your performance in the films and/or recordings to the CPMR.
- You can ask the CPMR to stop using your images at any time, in which case efforts will be made to prevent them being used in future digital and offline publications but they may continue to appear in publications already in circulation.
- If the recording is going to capture you speaking (e.g. an interview, presenting information, etc), you agree to only include material in the recording which is the intellectual property (including copyright) of another party, if you have their permission or a licence to do so, and irrevocably licence the CPMR to use and sub-licence any copyright in the words spoken (once fixed by the recording).
