• 2026 Quantum Recruiting Forum Company & Organization Registration

    Monday, December 7, 2026 at mHub, 1623 W. Fulton St, Chicago.

  • Companies and organizations are invited to join the annual Quantum Recruiting Forum, hosted as part of the Chicago Quantum Exchange's Midwest Quantum Week in partnership with mHub. 

    The event will include:

    • 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM: One-on-one meetings with graduate students and postdocs
    • 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Career Fair
    • 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Post-event reception and networking

    CQE partner organizations are invited to host tables at the career fair and meet one-on-one with students and postdocs at no cost. Lunch will be available for any interviewers.

    Organizations who are not CQE partners may reserve a table for $500 and join the post-event reception and happy hour.

  • The primary contact will coordinate your organization’s participation, including confirming a table and indicating interest in one-on-one interviews. Select “No” if you are attending only to staff the event or represent your organization at a table or as an interviewer.

  • Career Fair 

    The career fair portion of the Quantum Recruiting Forum will be hosted from 3:00 - 6:00 PM with set-up at 2:00 PM and clean-up to be completed by 7:00 PM.

    A six-foot table and two chairs will be provided. Companies and organizations are responsible for bringing their own signage, laptops, and promotional materials. Wi-fi will be available for all tablers.

    Companies and organizations who are not already a CQE member or partner may reserve a table at the Quantum Recruiting Forum for $500, payable after registration. CQE members and partners may reserve a table at no cost.

  • Interview Information

    CQE partner companies and organizations are invited to select and meet with students and post-docs who have expressed interest in meeting with your company or organization, completed a Talent Network profile, and submitted a resume.

    As the primary contact, you will receive a list a searchable list of interested candidates to select for meetings in mid-October. CQE will manage scheduling for all meetings.
