Bailey's Mint Chocolate Cream Pie

For this pie we fill our Oreo crumb crust with a rich chocolate pastry cream that we make using Ghirardelli chocolate and Bailey's Irish Cream. Just enough Bailey's for flavor, but not enough to get you tipsy :-) Followed by freshly whipped cream with mint extract and chocolate curls on top.

You can pay via cash/check/card/Venmo at pickup (4% surcharge for credit card/Venmo)
Since I do not have a dedicated GF kitchen, my GF items would not be considered celiac-friendly.
