Independent Contractor Sales Representative Agreement
This Independent Contractor Sales Representative Agreement is entered into between Solar Exit Group (Company) and the undersigned sales representative (Representative). Representative is an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent. Representative is paid commission only per the written commission schedule in effect at time of sale. Company will not withhold taxes; Representative receives Form 1099-NEC and is solely responsible for all taxes. Representative is not eligible for employee benefits. Representative will comply with all applicable laws including TCPA and consumer protection requirements. Representative will keep Company and customer information confidential and will not solicit Company customers during the term or for twelve months after termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice.

I am engaged as a 1099 independent contractor, not an employee.
I am paid on a commission only basis per the written commission schedule.
No taxes will be withheld on my behalf, I will receive a Form 1099-NEC, and I will provide a completed IRS Form W9.
I am not eligible for employee benefits, workers compensation, or unemployment insurance.
I will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including TCPA and do not call requirements.
I will keep Company and customer information confidential.
I understand there is no non-compete restriction on my future work, except that for six months after I stop working with Solar Exit Group I may not work with the same law firm or law group that Solar Exit Group currently uses.
I have read and agree to the Independent Contractor Sales Representative Agreement above.
