Consent to Photograph /Videotape / Interview Individuals. I hereby agree and give my permission for Amanda Harvest Festival and/or partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape myself and to display, publish or distribute these images/videos for the purpose of publishing, posting on the Amanda Harvest Festival website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these images/videos now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these images/videos. I understand that the images/videos may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the Amanda Harvest Festivals control. I agree that I will not hold the Amanda Harvest Festival responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
Terms & Conditions:
I understand the $30 fee is non-refundable. I understand if I do not show up for the event after securing a spot, I will not be asked back the following years. (We do understand things happen, in the event this does happen, please communicate with the vendor Director.) I understand that payment is expected upon approval of my application. I understand I must provide a basket with my goods/services with a value of at least $50 when I complete setup at my designated spot. (Please make sure all items are placed in a basket, as this will guarantee your items stay together and do not get misplaced.) I understand that should I need additional space for my goods/services, the additional space will need to be purchased. I agree to not harm any property that does not belong to me, including but not limited to: lawns of homes I may be placed in front of, and parking spaces. I agree I will act as an adult, not cause/create drama of any kind, and should any situations arise, I will immediately notify an Amanda Harvest Festival volunteer. Additionally, I understand Amanda Harvest Festival is not responsible for accidents, or lost/stolen/misplaced property.
I am over 18 years-of-age and I have read this waiver and am familiar with its content.
