We are pleased to extend this offer for you to join Citryne Rose New York as a Seed Stylist Intern to mastery textured hair maintanence and styling . This internship is structured as a 30-day immersive training experience designed to strengthen your technical foundation, refine your confiidence in a luxury salon environment, and prepare you for a successful transition onto the salon floor as a commisioned stylist.
Intership Structure
Thirty-day training period focused on technical development, client experience, salon standards and business readiness.
Expected training commitment of approximately 20-30 hours per week (based on availability)
Hands-on service practice in a real salon environment, with coaching, observation and direct feedback
Target completion of 40 models or training services during the internship period, subject to scheduling and salon flow
This 30-day internship period will count toward your standard probationary period with Citryne Rose if selected for a permanent postion

Product selection and application based on density, condition and desired results
Education, Standards and Coaching
Completion of internal Citryne Rose training curriculum and assigned education modules
Participation in product knowledge and regimen education, including Aveda and L'Oreal learning platforms where assigned
Exposure to color theory review, service timing, rebooking, rentention, retail expectation, and overall performance standards
Weekly Tuesday meetings and one-on-one coaching focused on communication, emotional intelligence, professionalism and alignment with the Citryne Rose culture

Performance Expectations
Arrive on time, prepared and fully engaged for each assigned training day
Maintain professionalism, openness to feedback, and respect for salon systems and team communication
Complete coursework, assigned modules and training tasks within expected timeframes
Uphold the elevated client experience, cleanliness and execution standards of Citryne Rose at all times
Transition Oppurtunity
Upon successful completion of the internship, the intention is for you to transition on the salon floor as a Seed Stylist at a starting commission rate subject to your successful completion of training, readiness for service, and continued alignment with salon standards.
