    I. Admissions Policy

    a. Application and Admission
All applications for admission to Foothill Preparatory School are subject to review and approval by the school’s governing authority. The school reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or deny any application for admission.

    b. School Rules and Discipline
Applicants and their parents or legal guardians acknowledge and agree that students are required to comply with all School rules, policies, procedures, and regulations, including, but not limited to, those governing dress code, attendance, academic performance, student conduct, and discipline.

Foothill Preparatory School reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action, in its sole discretion, when a student violates School rules, policies, or standards of conduct, whether on campus or while participating in School-sponsored activities or events.

    c. Christian Education
Parents and legal guardians acknowledge and agree that students enrolled at Foothill Preparatory School will receive instruction in Biblical Christianity. They understand and agree that the School seeks to conduct its educational programs, curriculum, activities, and overall School environment in accordance with a Christian, Biblical worldview.

    d. Non-Discrimination in Admissions
Foothill Preparatory School admits students of any race, color, or national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students of the School.

Foothill Preparatory School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies or admission policies.

    II. Photograph and Video Release

I hereby authorize Foothill Preparatory School to photograph and/or record my student and to use such photographs, video recordings, and other visual materials in School-related publications, promotional materials, news media, websites, social media, and other internet-based or electronic publications.

I understand that such photographs and recordings may be used for educational, informational, promotional, or School-related purposes without additional notice or compensation.

III. Financial Terms and Non-Refundable Tuition Agreement

Students are enrolled for the full academic year. By enrolling a student, the parent or legal guardian assumes full financial responsibility for the student's annual tuition and all applicable fees. The Initial Registration Fee and all advance tuition payments are non-refundable.

All tuition and fees paid to Foothill Preparatory School are final and non-refundable, for both U.S. students and F-1 international students, regardless of withdrawal, dismissal, transfer, or non-attendance, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

F-1 international students are expected to remain enrolled for the full academic year. No refund will be provided as a result of early transfer, withdrawal, or departure from the School.

A refund will be considered only if an F-1 visa application is denied. In such circumstances, the application and SEVIS fee of $600 shall remain non-refundable. Once an F-1 visa has been issued based on an I-20 provided by Foothill Preparatory School, no tuition or other fees will be refunded under any circumstances, including withdrawal or transfer to another school.

No refunds will be issued in the event of disciplinary dismissal or failure to meet the School's academic, attendance, behavioral, or conduct requirements.

Any transfer or withdrawal of an international student will be reported to the appropriate U.S. government authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

This Non-Refundable Tuition Policy reflects the school’s commitment of financial and administrative resources to each enrolled student, including faculty and staff, classroom space, curriculum and instructional materials, administrative services, and academic support.

Upon enrollment, the school reserves a place for the student for the entire academic year. Because the School commits resources and reserves classroom capacity for each enrolled student, that space may not be available to another student if the enrolled student subsequently withdraws.

IV. Student Conduct and Responsibility for School Property

The student agrees to comply with all School rules, policies, procedures, and regulations and to exercise reasonable care in protecting School property and facilities.

The student and the student's parent or legal guardian may be held financially responsible for damage to School property caused by the student, subject to applicable law and School policy.

    Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By enrolling in the School, the student and the student’s parent or legal guardian acknowledge and accept full financial responsibility for all tuition, fees, and other applicable charges. They further agree to comply with and be legally bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and obligations set forth in this Tuition Agreement and Non-Refundable Tuition Policy.

By signing this Agreement, the student and the student’s parent or legal guardian confirm that they have carefully read, reviewed, and understood all terms and conditions contained herein and voluntarily agree to accept and be bound by them.

Electronic signatures shall be considered legally valid, binding, and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and shall have the same legal force and effect as an original handwritten signature.
