The October 10 Full-Day Course provides 8 hours of in-person continuing education, including the morning lecture and hands-on laser training.

Participants who would like to continue their laser education may also choose to complete an optional 6-hour online course offered separately by Angie Wallace. This provides an additional 6 hours of continuing education and support for those interested in pursuing ALD certification.

The optional online course is available to CDHA participants at a reduced rate of $150, paid separately from CDHA registration. Angie Wallace will provide additional information about the online course and ALD certification pathway.

Course reference materials for the October 10 in-person course will be provided electronically as a PDF. Participants may access the materials on a personal device or print a copy in advance.

Laser equipment will be provided for the hands-on portion of the course, with approximately one laser unit available for every two participants. You are not required to bring a laser to participate.

If your office owns a dental laser, you are encouraged to bring it to the course if possible. This provides an opportunity to complete hands-on training with the equipment you may use after certification.

Full-Day Course Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the limited 20-participant capacity and participant-specific course costs, the following cancellation policy applies to Full-Day Course registrations.

Cancellations 14 or more days before the course:
A refund may be issued, less payment-processing fees and any nonrecoverable participant-specific costs already incurred.

Cancellations fewer than 14 days before the course:
Registration is nonrefundable. If CDHA is able to fill the vacated seat with another eligible participant, CDHA may issue a refund, less payment-processing fees and any nonrecoverable participant-specific costs already incurred.

Registration transfers:
A registration may be transferred to another eligible participant with advance notice to CDHA, provided the substitute meets all applicable Full-Day Course eligibility requirements.

No-shows:
Registration fees are nonrefundable.

Optional online course:
CDHA's cancellation and refund policy applies only to registration fees paid to CDHA for the October 10 course. The optional 6-hour online course is offered separately by Angie Wallace for $150 and is subject to the course provider's policies.
