Pool and Safety Rules

• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IN POOL NOT TO EXCEED 15 PEOPLE 
• No lifeguard on duty 
• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times 
• Must wear appropriate swimwear. Street clothes are prohibited 
• Infants and toddlers not potty trained must wear swim diapers 
• No loud, profane, and/or abusive language is permitted 
• No running, jumping, or diving  
• Tenants are responsible for their guests at all times 
• No weapons or drugs are permitted 
• No alcohol is allowed to be brought to, consumed or served in the pool area 
• No Smoking in the pool or common areas; includes tobacco, vape, and marijuana products 
• No pets allowed 
• No glass containers of any kind permitted in the pool area including food and beverage containers 
• No littering 
• No inflatable toys of any type with the exception of inflatable arm bands, rings, and lifejackets for children 
• Suntan oils are prohibited, but waterproof, greaseless lotions and sun blockers are permitted and encouraged. 

 

• Violation of these rules may result in loss of pool use 
• Any damages resulting from pool misuse will be charged to the tenant 
• Use pool at your own risk 
• Rules may be amended at any time by landlord or management team 
• HOURS ARE 9AM to 9PM
