Waiver of Liability & Participant Acknowledgement
Please read this carefully before submitting your registration. By confirming below, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participation in this event organized by EBS Partners is voluntary and may involve travel or other personal arrangements. I hereby assume all responsibility and risk for any loss, injury, or damage (whether to person or property) that may arise from my attendance or participation.
I fully release and discharge EBS Partners, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action related to my participation in the event, including but not limited to accident, illness, injury, property loss, or other damages, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I understand that EBS Partners reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or make adjustments to the event at any time and that such changes do not constitute grounds for liability or compensation.
I grant permission for any photos or videos taken during the event to be used for documentation or promotional purposes, unless I notify EBS Partners in writing prior to the event.
I also consent to being contacted by EBS Partners or its official partners regarding relevant updates, future events, and marketing information that may be of interest to me.
