I confirm that I have read, understood and accept the Overlay Installation Acknowledgement.* This field is required.I confirm that I have been advised by Majestic Driveways Limited that, in order to provide the most suitable and durable installation, the recommended option is to fully excavate the existing surface and install a new substructure. I have nevertheless elected to proceed with an overlay installation onto the existing substructure with a 5-year guarantee. I understand and accept that the condition, stability, drainage, and performance of the existing substructure are outside the control of Majestic Driveways Limited and that any existing or future defects arising from, or contributed to by, the existing substructure are my responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to, cracking, sinking, subsidence, movement, deformation, inadequate drainage, tree-root movement or damage, and any other failure or movement of the underlying substructure. I understand that any such defects may subsequently affect the overlay surface and that the company’s guarantee does not cover defects, damage or failure arising from or attributable to the existing substructure, including any costs associated with repairing, removing or reinstating the overlay as a result of such defects. I have been given the option of a full excavation and new substructure and have chosen the overlay option of my own accord.
