    The Foundation is entering an exciting new chapter as it refreshes its governance structure and builds a Board of Governors intentionally aligned with its charitable and educational mission. We are seeking leaders who bring the expertise, perspectives, relationships, and commitment needed to advance the Foundation's impact and support its long-term success.

    Individuals may nominate themselves or be nominated by another individual.

    To establish staggered terms for the newly structured Board of Governors, some Governors elected as part of the governance transition will serve initial terms of one, two, or three years. This approach helps ensure continuity of leadership and governance.

    Selection for the Board of Governors does not guarantee election to an officer position.
  • Officer Position Selection

  • Officers elected during the transition year shall serve one-year terms ending December 31, 2027. Thereafter, officers shall be elected in accordance with the Foundation Bylaws. Candidates expressing interest in an officer position should be willing and eligible to continue Board service beyond the initial officer term.
