Cancellation Policy & Schedule Adjustments
- 90% refund or credit toward futures MVS After School programming, if emailed prior to the session starting (session starting is defined as being the first day of the session, October 19, 2026)
- 50% refund or 75% credit of the activity being removed if adjustment is emailed within the first two weeks of the session (by November 1, 2026)
- 25% refund or 50% credit of the activity being removed if adjustment is emailed within the first three weeks of the session (by November 8, 2026)
- No refund or credit if communicated after the third week of the session (November 8, 2026)
All schedule adjustments need to be emailed to Ali Gardner at annex@mountainvillageschool.com and Nick Crandall at nick@mountainvillageschool.com within the appropriate deadlines listed above.
A credit for removed activity may be applied to future MVS after school registrations. A refund for removed activity will be processed within 7-10 business days after the session ends.
The cancellation of special activities are not refundable, but may be removed on a case by case basis.
Tuition is due regardless of absences, illness, or school closures (scheduled or otherwise). Individual adjustments in schedules will not result in a refund in tuition, beyond what is stated above. For all additions in enrollment, tuition will be billed through Tuition Express at the end of the month.
General Release of Liability
I understand that my child's participation in activities with the Mountain Village School After School Program, including but not limited to hiking, biking, swimming, and the like, can expose my child to dangers from known and inherent risks, as well as unanticipated risks. Ascknowledging that such risks exist, I hereby release and discharge MVS, and it's officers, agents, and employees, from any and all liability from injuries, claims, loss of services, expenses and/or damages that may be sustained by my minor children on account of his/her participation in said programs or associated activities.
