Age Requirement: The Winter Ball is open to young people aged 16–35. Anyone aged 16 or 17 must attend with a responsible adult aged 18 or over, who must also be registered for and attending the Winter Ball. The responsible adult should be within the official Youth Ministries age range of 18–35.

Please be aware that photography and videography will take place during this event. Images and footage may be used by the Scottish Mission for promotional and communication purposes, including on our website, social media channels and other publications.

By registering for the Winter Ball, I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate and that I agree to comply with any reasonable instructions given by the event organisers or venue staff, including those relating to safety and appropriate conduct. I understand that attendees aged 16 or 17 must attend with a registered responsible adult aged 18 or over who is also attending the event. If I am under 18, I confirm that my parent or legal guardian is aware of and has consented to my attendance. I understand that the information provided through this registration form will be used by the Scottish Mission for the administration and safe delivery of the Winter Ball, including contacting me or my emergency contact where reasonably necessary.
Cancellation & Ticket Transfers
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact the SM Office (office@adventist.scot) in advance to provide the new attendee’s details and allow us to update the registration accordingly.

Winter Ball Ticket

Includes a welcome drink and a 3-course meal. 50% of the ticket price will be donated to CHAS (Children’s Hospices Across Scotland).
