Vendor Requirements & Event Schedule
- Vendor Equipment: Each approved vendor will receive one 8-foot table and two chairs.
- Food Trucks: All food trucks must bring their own generators.
- Permits & Licenses: Food trucks and food vendors must provide all required permits and licenses.
- Vendor Set-Up: All vendor setup must be fully completed by 4:15 PM.
- Clean-Up: Vendors are responsible for removing their materials, merchandise, and trash after the event.

I agree to follow all event setup and cleanup instructions; complete setup by 4:15 PM; maintain a safe, clean vendor area; and comply with applicable health, safety, licensing, and permitting requirements. Food truck vendors agree to provide their own generators and all required permits and licenses.
