Design Revisions	Recommended allowance: two (2) revision rounds per design phase unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions are chargeable.
Client Changes After Approval	Changes requested after formal approval of a phase may be treated as additional services and may affect fees and programme.
3D Renderings	Number of spaces/views and rendering quality to be defined in the proposal. Animation and VR are excluded unless specifically included.
MEP Engineering	Design coordination does not automatically include full engineering calculations, authority submissions or specialist engineering unless expressly stated.
Site Supervision	Design supervision means periodic review of design intent. It is not full-time construction supervision, contractor management, HSE responsibility or quality- control responsibility.
Project / Construction Management	Project management and construction management are separate services and should be priced independently.

Authority Approvals	Government/municipality/landlord approvals, permits and statutory fees are excluded unless specifically included.
Procurement	Purchasing, logistics, customs, storage, installation and supplier payments are excluded unless expressly included.
BOQ / Cost Estimate	Quantities and budgets may require verification by the contractor/quantity surveyor before contracting.
Third-Party Consultants	Structural, MEP, acoustic, fire/life-safety, kitchen, AV/IT, landscape and other specialist consultants are separate unless included.
Travel & Site Visits	Number and location of included site visits should be stated. Additional visits/travel may be chargeable.
Copyright & Use	Design documents are intended for the stated project and should not be reused or materially altered without the designer's written agreement, subject to the final contract.
