BY EXECUTING BELOW, I hereby give my affirmative consent to amend the current Bylaws of Masterson Station Neighborhood Association, Inc., as well as my affirmative consent to the adoption of the Amended and Restated Bylaws of Masterson Station Neighborhood Association, Inc. which was presented to the membership on or about September 09, 2026.
