Blake's Haunted Night Market Vendor Application

Rules & Regulations 

1. Blake's Haunted Night Market will be held at Blake's Big Apple (71485 North Ave. Armada, MI 48005) on Friday, October 2, 2026 & Friday, October 16, 2026. (rain or shine). Event hours are 5:00pm – 10:00pm. Vendors will be given an area where they can set up their 10x10 vendor display. If you need electrcity to operate your booth, we will provide a 10x10 space underneath one of our tents, you are still required to provide your own table(s) and chairs for this space as well as an electrcal cord up to 100ft in length.
2. All applicants must submit 3 images of products and at least one logo. Upon acceptance to the market, these photos may be used for event promotion.
3. Acceptance is based on the quality of design, workmanship, originality, and booth display as depicted in your photos. Acceptance will occur as soon as applications are received. To achieve a balanced show, we reserve the right to limit the number of vendors in each origin or category. 
4. Vendors must be present for the entire event and are required to provide their tent, table(s), and chairs. If you need electrcity to operate your booth, we will provide a 10x10 space underneath one of our tents. You are still required to bring your own table(s) and chairs for this space, as well as an electrical cord up to 100ft in length. The market will take place at Blake's Big Apple.
5. At Blake's the safety of our guests, team members, and valued vendor partners is always our highest priority. All vendors participating in Blake's events are required to carry general liability insurance. Please submit your proof of insurance prior to September 28. If you are unable to provide proof of insurance, we ask that you review and sign our waiver that will be given to you upon your arrival before setting up.
6. For the safety of all guests, vendors, and staff, all tents must be secured with weights. For each 10x10 tent, a minimum of 40-lbs of weight per tent leg is required. Tent guidelines must be followed and Events Staff will be checking all tents after load-in to ensure compliant.
7. October 2nd applicants will receive notification of show status before or by September 28, 2026. October 16th applicants will receive notification of show status before or by October 9, 2026. Your booth fee will NOT be deposited unless you are accepted. You will receive your invoice via email from our accounting team with a link to pay online will arrive after acceptance to the event.
8. If both nights (Oct. 2 & 16) are selected for the Haunted Night Market, the invoice will be sent for the full amount. Payment cannot be divided into multple payments.
9. October 2nd Market Applicants - There will be NO refunds after September 28, 2026. October 16th Market Applicants - there will be NO refunds after October 9, 2026. Cancellations after the dates listed above are nonrefundable. Refunds will only be given if the event is unable to operate due to state regulations.
10. Unloading can be done by CART ONLY due to the fact that Blake's Big Apple will be in operation during the day for U-Pick and other fall activities. Vendors may park in the parking lot, cart their items to their booth space and begin set up. No vehicles will be allowed within market grounds due to the safety of guests, staff, and other vendors.  
11. All inventory and boxes must be contained within your booth space and cannot interfere with adjacent booths or walkways, unless your booth has been designated for an approved activation or activity.
12. Vendors are responsible for their own property and are responsible for insurance and protection of artwork and displays. Blake’s is not responsible for any damage, lost, or stolen goods.
13. Exhibitors agree to conduct themselves in a respectful, cooperative manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by Blake’s team may result in expulsion. Blake’s Haunted Night Market event is a family-friendly event and does not wish to include radical, disturbing displays or outbursts at this event.
14. Violation of any of these rules is a basis for expulsion.
15. Each vendor will be allowed a 10x10 area for $75.  

**Please note: Vendor vehicles will not be able to be drive inside the grounds to load/unload for the market area. A cart/wagon is recommended and highly encouraged.**

Applicant hereby releases and forever discharges Blake's Orchard & Cider Mill, and all participating and sponsoring organizations from any responsibility, personal liability, loss or damage in connection with the show. Blake's Orchard reserves the right to make final interpretation of the rules. An application is commitment to the show. As stated in the rules and regulations I understand the refund policy. I confirm that the works entered, exhibited and sold are created by myself unless stated clearly above. I have read, understood and agree to abide by all Blake Farms rules and regulations, and certify the accuracy of the foregoing statements. It is understood and agreed that Blake's Orchard & Cider Mill does not carry insurance to cover personal property of exhibitors, and that it is my sole responsibility to attain proper insurance for my own goods and property present at the event.
