🎁 Holiday Hands 2026🎁 Application Instructions
The deadline to submit your Holiday Hands application is October 31, 2026. If you do not complete and submit your application by that date, you will be placed on a waitlist. We will contact you if space becomes available.

Steps

1. Register
Complete and submit the registration form at the end of this notice.

⚠️ Important ⚠️
Families and individuals may apply to only one holiday gift program. Duplicate applications will not be accepted.

Please note: We will not distribute gift cards this year.

Reminder: Any other adult in the household age 18 or older must complete a separate application. This includes adult children who are no longer in high school, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other adults living in the household.

2. Upload documents
Along with your online application, upload:
- Photo ID for each head of household
- Proof of address
- Birth certificates or passports for all children under 18
- Custody documents, if applicable
3. Deadline
📅 Applications submitted after October 31, 2026, will be placed on the waitlist.

4. After you apply

If your application is approved, you will receive an email, and a staff member or volunteer will call to schedule your 20-minute appointment in December.
If changes are needed, we will email you.

Saturday, December 12, 2026: 10 AM–2 PM
Monday–Thursday, December 14–17, 2026: 10 AM–2 PM

Evening hours: Monday, December 14; Wednesday, December 16; and Thursday, December 17 — 4 PM–8 PM

Reminder: Gift cards and bicycles will not be distributed this year.

Need Help Completing the Application?

If you are having difficulty completing the online application, in-person appointments will be available so that someone can assist you with the application process.

You must bring all required documents to your appointment, including photo identification, proof of address, birth certificates or passports for all children under 18, and custody documents, if applicable.

La fecha límite para enviar su solicitud de Holiday Hands es el 31 de octubre de 2026. Si no completa y envía su solicitud antes de esa fecha, será colocado en una lista de espera. Nos comunicaremos con usted si hay cupos disponibles.

Pasos

Las familias y las personas solo pueden solicitar ayuda de un programa de regalos navideños. No se aceptarán solicitudes duplicadas.

2. Suba los documentos
Junto con su solicitud en línea, suba:

- Documentos de custodia, si corresponde
3. Fecha límite

📅 Las solicitudes enviadas después del 31 de octubre de 2026 serán colocadas en la lista de espera.

4. Después de enviar su solicitud

Si su solicitud es aprobada, recibirá un correo electrónico y un miembro del personal o voluntario le llamará para programar una cita de 20 minutos en diciembre.

Si necesita hacer cambios en su solicitud, le enviaremos un correo electrónico.
