1st Place — $100 + Medallion
2nd Place — $60
Each division will be played as a double-elimination tournament, with a single-elimination consolation bracket for teams that go 0-2 in main bracket.
Only one form submission required per team.
If playing in more than one division, please sumbit a separate form for each team.
