2027 Cornerstone Award for Construction Training Excellence Application

The 2027 Cornerstone Award for Construction Training Excellence is Now Open for Applications!

The Associated General Contractors of Michigan is thrilled to announce the opening of the 2027 Cornerstone Award for Construction Training Excellence! This prestigious award celebrates organizations that demonstrate outstanding commitment to workforce development and innovative training initiatives.

How to Apply:
To submit your application, simply complete the form linked below. Be sure to include any relevant attachments or documentation that support your submission.

Award Categories:
There are two award categories for this year’s applications:
1. General Contractor
2. Specialty Contractor
Applications will be reviewed by a panel of esteemed judges from AGC chapter workforce staff nationwide. The judges will evaluate submissions based on the quality, variety, and impact of the training programs offered.

Award Recognition:
Winners will be bestowed with the Cornerstone Award for Construction Training Excellence and receive industry-wide recognition at the 2027 AGC of Michigan Annual Meeting & Awards Ceremony, where their achievements will be celebrated among peers and colleagues. This year's ceremony will be held on February 26, 2027, in Grand Rapids.

Deadline:
All applications must be submitted by Monday, November 30, 2026. To ensure your application is fully considered, please make sure all necessary information and supporting documents are included.
