Review Your Event ♡

Review your package, discount, souvenirs, add-ons and fulfillment before signing. Your fixed-price total includes the selected discount. The down payment and remaining balance are each 50% of that discounted total.

Starting-at packages, souvenirs and add-ons require an approved final quote, including the selected discount, before payment. Delivery and shipping fees are additional and agreed separately.

50% NON-REFUNDABLE DOWN PAYMENT

A 50% down payment is required before Siggely begins design, website development, printing, personalization, sourcing or production. It reserves production time and covers design, customization, sourcing and preparation. The down payment is non-refundable, subject to applicable law. The remaining balance is due according to the agreed schedule and before final delivery, pickup, shipment or release, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

DIGITAL INVITATIONS & EVENT WEBSITES

Estimated lead time: 1–2 weeks after both the required 50% payment and all complete event information, wording, photographs, design preferences and materials are received. Complexity, revisions, workload and client delays in information or approvals may extend completion.

PRINTED INVITATIONS & DESIGN APPROVAL

Printing and production begin only after final design approval. The client must check names, spelling, dates, times, addresses, venue details, phone numbers, website information, wording, guest details, quantities and personalization. Approval confirms correctness and authorizes production. Siggely is not responsible for errors present in an approved design. Changes after approval may require fees, replacement materials and additional time; some changes may be impossible once production starts.

PERSONALIZED SOUVENIRS & EVENT FAVORS

Estimated lead time: 1–2 months depending on product/material availability, quantity, customization, design complexity, suppliers, production schedules and material shipping. Availability is confirmed with the order. Order early; Siggely will discuss a comparable alternative before proceeding if materials become unavailable.

DELIVERY, SHIPPING & PICKUP

The client pays delivery/shipping for invitations, souvenirs, favors, keepsakes and other physical products unless otherwise stated in writing. Fees depend on destination, size, weight, packaging and method. Saratoga County, NY local delivery may be available for a minimal additional fee, communicated and agreed before scheduling; availability and timing are subject to Siggely’s schedule. Ballston Lake, NY pickup is by appointment only. Exact location and instructions are shared privately once ready. Approved pickup has no delivery fee unless disclosed in advance. Outside the local area, the client pays applicable shipping, handling, insurance, special packaging and expedited charges, communicated before shipment whenever reasonably possible. Carrier delays may affect delivery.

PERSONALIZATION, REVISIONS & CHANGES

The client supplies accurate names, initials, dates, monograms, wording, colors and quantities. Personalized items generally cannot be changed, canceled, returned or refunded after production begins, except as required by law or agreed in writing. Included revisions depend on the selected package; extra revisions may incur an agreed fee. Siggely will communicate substantial additional charges before proceeding.

COLORS & PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Minor variations may occur between samples, screens, printed materials and handcrafted products. Paper, wood grain, acrylic, engraving and natural materials may differ in color, texture or appearance. Natural variations are not defects.

CANCELLATIONS & COMPLETION

If the client cancels after payment, the 50% down payment remains non-refundable for reserved production time, design, administration and sourcing, subject to applicable law. Client-approved custom materials, personalized products, completed work and noncancelable supplier orders may also remain payable as law permits. The client is responsible for the correct event date and ordering sufficiently early. Lead times are estimates; supplier/material delays, shipping, weather, carrier disruption and unexpected production issues may affect completion. Siggely will communicate material delays when reasonably possible.
